Sound waves cannot travel through the vacuum of space, but electromagnetic waves can. Amateurs astronomers hrom Chilidog observatory, have teamed up with sound (music) producers to convert these electromagnetic waves into sound waves by educingd the frequency 1,75 trillion times: The original frequencies are much too high for humans or even dogs to hear. Music by Paul Francis.Images by C. Cantu, Production by Chili Dog Observatory (The sound comes from Helix Nebula, but have used images of NGC2244 or Rosette Nebula). |
